The President, Denise Armstrong, brings strong business ethics and financial skills to IIS, Inc. Her experience in accounting and finance spans a decade, and is enhanced by her knowledge and practice in various industries and capacities. Mrs. Armstrong holds a Bachelors Degree in Accounting from the prestigious School of Accountancy at the University of South Florida. She also attended Florida State University where she completed intensive studies in the nationally renowned School of Psychology.

The Vice President, Jason E. Armstrong, has almost two decades of Intelligence, Military, and Law Enforcement experience. Volunteering to serve his country at the age of 17, Mr. Armstrong enlisted in the U.S. Army where he immediately began his career as an Military Policeman. Mr. Armstrong has worked covertly and overtly in hostile environments in the United States and abroad. He brings IIS, Inc. many years of experience heading investigations in military and civilian arenas. Mr. Armstrong is a true professional and makes his skills and experience, not normally found in the private investigations industry, available to our clients.
